Online Casino War
High Card Wins in Online Casino War
Then you click the Deal button. You and the dealer each receive one card face-up. If your card is higher than the dealer's card, you win the game and you win an even-money payout on your Ante bet. So if you bet 10 credits, you receive your bet back plus an additional 10 credits. If the dealer's card is higher, you lose your bet and you're ready to try again.
In the Event of a Tie: War or Surrender
To "Go to War," you click the Raise button. An additional Raise bet, equal to your Ante bet, is automatically placed on the table. Now three cards are burned (placed face-down on the table), you receive one face-up card, and the dealer receives one face-up card. As in the basic Casino War game, so also when you go to war: the high card wins. But this time, if the cards tie, you win the game and you win a special Ante Bonus of two times your Ante bet.
Instead of going to war, you can choose to click the Surrender button. That way, you lose half your Ante bet, instead of risking the loss of both your full Ante bet and your Raise bet if you lose the war.
Betting on a Tie in Casino War
A winning Tie bet pays a 10-to-1 payout. That's the highest payout in online Casino War. So if you place a 5-credit Tie bet, and the cards indeed tie, you will receive your 5-credit bet back plus 50-credit winnings, for a total of 55 credits. Meanwhile, your Ante bet is still on the table. As always, you can choose to surrender or go to war, and if you go to war and win, it means even more money in your pocket from a single game of Casino War.
Casino War Strategy
And should you place a Tie bet along with your Ante bet? The Tie bet is a bet that you will most likely lose more often than you win, but when you do win it, you get a big 10-to-1 jackpot. So there's another Casino War stratgy decision you'll be facing.
