• The $100,000 Summer Beach Party Tournament is hosted by Jackpot Factory at All Slots and All Jackpots casinos.

• The daily semi-final events will take place from July 1, 2008 until July 31, 2008, inclusive.
• The $100,000 Grand Final begins on August 1, 2008 at 6:00 AM GMT and concludes on August 3, 2008 at 6:00 PM GMT.
• The top 50 finishers in each semi-final event will win a free ticket to the Grand Final.
• Players can purchase an entry to the $100,000 Grand Final for $50.
• Players are eligible for one ticket only to the final per account, whether free or purchased.
• If, while playing the tournament, any player wins a sum of money regarded by Jackpot Factory as worthy of publicity, the player grants the right to use their first name, last name initial and player alias in any press releases and/or promotional materials.
• Furthermore winning players agree to make themselves reasonably available for any event(s) arranged by the Jackpot Factory, at the Casino’s cost and expense.
• All payouts will be made in U.S. Dollars or other currency requested by the player, according to the conversion rate on the day of payment.
